On the Forlethia Quadrant map are the various systems; once a week an update will show either the name of the occupying party [such as "Snazgruzz the Obliviator"] or the word unoccupied followed by F# I# G# O#. F stands for the Flare Region, where solar flares can fry orbital space stations and where generally speaking it is too hot on the planetary surface to support life. I is inhabitable, G stands for Gas Giant and O for Outer reaches...
All these planet types really only come in use if we play Battlefleet Gothic games, but they are there for fluff.
